I sent flowers ON and FOR Mother’s Day and they were never received. I only found out when I had called my mother at the end of the day, the email had said it was delivered when it was not. My personalized message with my photo and personal information was lost. When asked to where they had no idea, so to a random stranger which sickens me, a serious liability for the company. When discussed with customer service a resolution was promised and when reviewing never resolved. I was place on a 30 minute hold at one point. Convince that the company is a scam that takes and holds your money. I would never recommend this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. COMPLETELY DISHONEST BUSINESS. I ordered my mother a large floral arrangement, and instead they delivered the small version. After contacting customer service multiple times and giving them THREE attempts to deliver replacement flowers, they never delivered. The third time, customer service told me the flowers were out for delivery which was a total lie as no flowers were ever delivered. Save yourself the trouble and get your flowers from the local supermarket.

Don’t ever order from here. Never received Valentine’s Day flowers- it’s now Feb 17 and still not received. The local florist they use is awful and not helpful. Refuses to correct their mistakes. Don’t use them.

I should have believed the reviews. I ordered the Large Lovely Lavender minus the strawberries. In what world does what I received look anywhere close to what I ordered?? I understand that some flowers may need time to bloom but there are a lot of flowers missing and gaps. This is not a full bouquet. And I put my order in 2 weeks ago in case the pandemic would impact availability. I would not order from them again. I gave 2 stars because the item was delivered on the expected date and that was good.

horrible experience. ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday & the flowers were falling apart, the vase was delivered broken with water leaking out of it. I also ordered a XL size and what I received looked like a size Small!! never again will be ordering from 1800flowers. save yourself the headache & buy flowers elsewhere.
